Larvesta Location
Larvesta can be found in the Area 5 of the Cave. It has a 30% encounter rate and can be found at level 20-25. Because of the weakness of Rock/Flying/Water types, it is recommended to use a Pokémon with other types move a low level like 30-35 to capture it.
Volcarona Location
If you catch a Larvesta, you can evolve it into Volcarona at level 59. However, if you want to catch a Volcarona, you can meet it in the Area 5 at the end of the Cave by event. Here is the event with location map:
Finding Volcarona Best Fusions
As a Special Attacker, it is best to fuse Volcarona with a Pokémon that has high Special Attack and Speed stats. It is also recommended to fuse it with a Pokémon that has a good movepool. Or we can fuse it with a Pokémon that can cover its weaknesses.
Bug-type Pokémon are not the good type due to their weakness to Fire, Flying, and Rock-type moves. However, Volcarona’s Fire-typing gives it a choice to fuse with other Pokémon to cover its weaknesses. Here are some of the best fusions for Larvesta and Volcarona:
